How to Print a PDF with Foxit Reader

1. Open the PDF

• Launch Foxit Reader.
• Click File > Open, then choose the PDF file you want to print.

2. Access the Print Menu

• Click File > Print.
• Or simply press Ctrl + P on your keyboard.

3. Configure Your Print Settings

In the Print dialog box, you’ll find several options:

• Printer: Select the printer you want to use.
• Pages to Print:
  • All: Prints the entire document.
  • Current page: Prints only the page you’re viewing.
  • Pages: Specify a range (e.g., 2–5, 8).
• Print Mode:
  • Single-sided or double-sided (duplex) (if your printer supports it).
• Page Scaling: Set scale at 100%.
• Orientation: Choose between Portrait or Landscape.
• More Settings: Options like print in grayscale, print annotations, comments, etc.

4. Preview Before Printing

• On the right-hand side, you’ll see a print preview.
• Make sure everything looks correct.

5. Click “Print”

• Once you’re happy with the settings, hit the Print button to send the job to your printer.
